Hi Everybody!!! I'm all dressed up for the thanksgiving lunch my dad is preparing :-)
Hmmm... the waiting is over, roasted achiote marinated stuffed-duck breast, glazed vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes , turkey au jus, the duck leg confit is for me ;-)
